Position Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee all digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Develop and implement a robust digital marketing plan for content distribution
  • Lead a team of writers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain a cohesive digital brand presence
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms
  • Analyze trends and content performance to enhance user experience
  • Manage editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Create and oversee content for social media, emails, and other digital channels
  • Research consumer behaviors, track trends, and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns
  • Generate reports and analytics on marketing campaign performance, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise innovative growth strategies and marketing approaches
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Keep abreast of latest social media trends and integrate them into marketing efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in social media with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends
  • Strong creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Effective project management and leadership abilities

Essential Experience:
Google Ads Campaign Setup & Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Plan budgets and predict leads
  • Conduct keyword planning and optimization
  • Optimize location targeting for ads

Advertising on Other Platforms:
  • Develop and oversee ads on platforms like Spotify, radio, PR campaigns, influencer marketing, and YouTube

App Store & Play Store Ads:
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns on the App Store and Google Play Store

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies
  • Build and maintain backlinks
  • Optimize keywords, meta descriptions, titles, and URLs
  • Create and manage blog content
  • Monitor SERP and page rankings

Local SEO:
  • Manage Google My Business (GMB) listings
  • Implement strategies to enhance local search rankings

Social Media Marketing:
  • Create and manage ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn
  • Develop and run engaging social media posts and campaigns

Lead Location Analysis:
  • Analyze and report lead locations for better targeting and campaign efficacy

Content Writing and Copywriting:
  • Produce high-quality content and copy for various digital marketing initiatives

Lead Tracking and Quality Check:
  • Track and assess leads to ensure high-quality lead generation
  • Implement strategies to enhance lead quality

Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitors' digital marketing tactics
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on competitor activities

Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with other teams for offline and online events
  • Assist in planning and executing events to boost brand visibility and engagement
