THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic large-scale operation in the banking industry.


A TM data management role responsible for the delivery of data outcomes required for the Transaction Monitoring deliveries on the project and transformation of end-to-end AML processes.


Your day-to-day activities will include:
Undertake business analysis to assess needs, capture requirements and define solutions that will maximise the value delivered to stakeholders across portfolio of strategic data initiatives as allocated

Responsible for adherence to group mandated Data Quality Standard, capturing and managing data issues within defined framework

Definition of requirements and specifications for proposed data remediation efforts in order to meet regulatory commitments, risk controls and business objectives

Build effective partnerships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement

Lead and facilitate Forums/Working Groups to define business requirements

Most work closely with the Data Architect, Data Dictionary Leads within the Data workstream to achieve the collective Programme milestones

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Must be a Financial Crime SME, with particular focus within Intelligence, Investigations and Exits.


Must be able to capture business requirements and translate into technical requirements, switching between roles in order to reach common visionary goals.

Experience in banking applications and infrastructure

Exposure to data integration design strategies both for internal and external customer usage

Business/Data analysis and storytelling methods to present complex data issues in a simple and engaging manner

Passion for and commitment to ensure data quality; meticulous attention to detail
