JobSummary:
The IT SAP Functional Analyst(TM) is responsible for designing building anddelivering the configuration of Transportation Managementmodules technical solutioning for integrating softwareapplications and SAP implementations and working closely with theData Integration team to develop interfaces and automate solutions.This role will also contribute to the implementation andmaintenance of systems that support Woodgrains SAP TransportationManagement functions in accordance with the Project Management LifeCycle and will be heavily involved in blueprinting partnering withthe business users and subject matter experts to analyze define andimplement lean business processes and system solutions that will beutilized across the Woodgrain organization during SAPimplementations for mergers acquisitions and upgrades as well asthe integration of nonSAP solutions with SAP.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a technical areas such asComputer Science Information Technology or Business. Equivalenttraining and experience can be considered in lieu of adegree. At least 5 years of previousexperience working on SAP with the Transportation Managementenvironment. (i.e. Freight Planning (e.g. road rail ocean air) LoadBuilding Freight Units/Order Building Freight Forwarding CarrierDetermination Freight Agreements Tendering and GeneralTransportation Management)Must have assisted in 1 largescale ERPimplementation. Strongunderstanding of an experience with TM terminology and methodology.(i.e. Multiple Mode Stage Zone and Lane Development Default RoutesBOBF PPF ATP Tendering etc.) Knowledge of SAPTransportation Management (TM) configuration and integration pointswith the other SAP modules (i.e. FI/CO MM SD and WM).Experience with configuration in SAP ECC 6.0.

  • Excellentanalytical skills to interpret complex crossfunctional requirementsand challenges.
  • Ability to develop processmaps project plans cutover and conversion plans technicalspecifications user guides and other documentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently with team members fromdifferent geographical locations and expertisebackgrounds.
  • Excellent customer service skillscomputer knowledge and skills and effective oral and writtencommunication skills.
  • Ability to effectivelycommunicate in English both verbally and in writing. Additionallanguages preferred.
