- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, demonstrating a robust background in software development
- A minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in product management or delivery management
- Leadership experience in product development, overseeing engagements for teams comprising 20+ full time employees
- Certifications in PSM I, and SAFE preferably 6.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, and Scrum Master principles
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, characterized by meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at communicating with stakeholders across all levels
- Proficiency in English language (Upper-Intermediate level or above)
