We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programming Analyst with a strong background in the CRM industry.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in D365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform technical solutions, and experience as a Java code developer.
This role requires proficiency in data modeling, agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and developing procedures and queries with Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent databases.
Key Responsibilities :
- D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform : Design, develop, and implement technical solutions using D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
- Java Development : Utilize Java for developing robust and scalable code solutions.
- Data Modeling : Perform data modeling to design and manage databases efficiently.
- Agile Methodologies : Apply agile methodologies for project management and software development.
- Azure DevOps : Use Azure DevOps for task management, continuous integration, and deployment.
- D365 Customer Insights : Leverage D365 Customer Insights to analyze and improve customer engagement strategies.
- Database Management : Develop procedures and queries using Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2016 or higher) or equivalent databases like Oracle/Postgres.
- Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and procedures.
- Collaboration : Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Key Skills :
- D365 Customer Engagement : Indepth knowledge and handson experience with D365 Customer Engagement.
- Power Platform : Proficiency in developing solutions using the Power Platform.
- Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.

Qualifications :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience : Proven experience as a Programming Analyst or similar role within the CRM industry.
