Who should apply?
years of experience and experience in handling a team of PM's/APM's.

  • Experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, ability to operate independently while earning trust of the stakeholders and operate with agility and speed.
  • We are looking for Senior Product Builders.
  • Leadership behavior like bias for action and a growth mindset.
  • Collaborative working style by bringing others along to drive results and values.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and partner with senior leadership to drive product vision.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, good with people, ability to negotiate.
  • Prior experience handling a team of APMs/PMs/PBs would be preferred.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with the leadership team and set the vision for the product.
  • Do what it takes to launch new products and features, test their performance, and endtoend ownership of product lifecycle and roadmap planning of product lifecycle.
  • Conduct market analysis process for new products to determine enduser needs, banks requirements, trends, product and market positioning, and overall product strategy to define product roadmap in line with the company's vision.
  • Interact with the clients on a daytoday basis & engage closely with UX, Sales, and Engineering teams to drive the product or feature growth.
  • Prepare detailed Product Requirements Documents(PRDs) including the WHAT, WHY, MVP, milestones, success metrics, dependencies, user stories, acceptance criteria, error scenarios, test cases, and gotomarket strategy.
  • Create and execute gotomarket plans for new features of products. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Drive product innovation to improve selfservice capabilities for clients to achieve and grow online sales success. Drive innovations to all elements of the client's experience to improve their business results postimplementation.
  • Maintain a stable build, measure the performance of the product using the metrics defined, market the product for acquisition and retention of the user.
