Why are we building Nuclei?
Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles.

These were essentially our learning from the previous startups/companies:

  • Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.
  • Build a company. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business. This does not mean that we compromise on growth, but we most definitely avoid unsustainable growth.
  • Build for the long term, not flip it in a few years.
  • And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception about India, from being a backoffice/outsourcing destination, to a product destination.

Why are we targeting the BFSI sector?

  • We see a big opportunity in the BFSI sector and it aligns with all of our guiding principles. The banking industry is pretty uniform globally and our products can be easily scaled up across multiple banks and geographies. Working with banks has helped us run a profitable company from day 1 and we intend to remain profitable throughout.
  • Today, banks are not just competing with other banks, but with various consumer tech companies. To remain relevant over the next 10yrs, they need to provide a better experience to their customers and build a deeper relationship with them.


At Nuclei, we are building a platform that enables the banks to increase customer engagement and build a deeper relationships.

We help them go-to-market with multiple third-party products quickly, while providing a seamless customer experience.
What you'll be doing

  • Formulate various partnership strategies that would lead & help us build a bridge to more client acquisition and develop visibility in the MEA, SEA & Europe regions.
  • Help the team recruit, onboard, enable and manage partners throughout the partner lifecycle and also help in the areas of improvement, and guide opinions and decision making.
  • Adapt and execute global partner programs, also helping in getting more insights about Banks, and Telco,.
  • Connect partners with AE's and Sales Leadership to accelerate and influence the pipeline.
  • Work with partners to develop joint solutions, craft joint marketing and sales motions, develop pipeline, and execute as a team to drive both Nuclei and partner revenue.
  • To ensure that the partners receive appropriate enablement on GTM, implementation and solution development.
  • Work closely with partners and project stakeholders and enable partners in defining the best for the clients.
  • Build relationships with top management of the partners for enabling international growth for the company.
  • Must be able to understand and negotiate partnership contracts
  • Has 4 to 8 years of Experience prior to handling such a portfolio.
  • Prior experience working with SI, Top consulting firms, cloud providers & channel partners like McKinsey, KPMG, Infosys, Microsoft etc would be an added advantage.
  • Has been part of various startup cultures and has defined policies & strategies from time to time.
  • Carries experience in Direct Sales or Partnership Management Has experience in setting up reseller networks & building Partner Development Programs which includes GTM training as well.
  • Has the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in the interest of building the company's value and success in the long term while delivering on shortterm objectives.
  • Is very passionate about what they do and definitely with a Go-Getter Attitude.
