Our Advisory Group is seeking to a keyengineering position within our Technology Organization:
A BusinessIntelligence Developer as a direct report of the Head ofInformation Solutions. The role will support the evolution of theInformation Solutions function which is foundational to thebusiness.

Information Solutions isresponsible for the delivery and operation of Data ArchitecturePipelines Platforms and Analytic Solutions in alignment with thefirms Data Strategy.

By working with keystakeholders across the enterprise the role is responsible forestablishing and supporting modern data engineering practices forthe firm.

Strong collaborative partnerships with differenttechnology engineering & operations groups will befundamental for success.

The role will workto realize these solutions through data acquisition across a wideportfolio of source systems data preparation and data visualizationproviding information that is both relevant andactionable.

Qualifications:

35years of experience in the Microsoft business intelligence platformincluding SQL Server databases SQL Server Integration ServicesPower BI/SSRS & SSAS and/or Azure CloudServices35 years of building and maintainingdata integration processes23 yearssupporting large scale data integration and ETL processes includingdaily monitoring and operationalsupportStrong experience working in datawarehouse architecturesExperience buildingformatted paginated reports using MSSSRSExperience with PowerBI dashboarddevelopment or experience with one or more BI reporting tools likeQlikView/QlikSense Tableau Micro Strategy Open Source reporting isa plusExperience with the PowerBI CloudServicesSignificant experience in the designand development of data integration solutions and dataanalysisExpert in automating dataintegration routinesExpert in optimizationof data integration processing and databasedesignExpertise in designing and developingdashboards reports analytics and data visualizationsolutions.

Experience in creating dimensionaldata models across multiple subject areas is aplusStrong command of MSExcelExperience and familiarity withprocesses platforms andstakeholdersExcellent written and oralcommunication skillsExcellent technicaldocumentation skillsAbility to workindependently in a fast paced environment with minimum over sight.

You would own building a future proof integration architecture tosolve integration needs acrossprojects.

Balances a variety of competinggoals in a design including project time scope and budgetconstraints and system performance message verbosity and loosecoupling.

Optional:

Someexperience with advanced analytics tools and languages such as RPython Scala SAS and others12 yearsexperience working in a DevOps environment and understanding of theassociated tools and capabilities and value of using thisapproach12 years of cloudbased dataplatforms (such as Azure AWS Snowflake )12years using CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous deployment)methods for deployment12 years using clouddata integration pipelinesExperience settingup and managing Power BI Report server is aplus.
