Job Description:

Job Summary
This role involves steering full systems life cycle management, overseeing tasks such as analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation of systems and applications software in a timely and cost-effective manner. The incumbent is responsible for directing component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) projects to align with business needs and ensure adherence to regulations. Additionally, this role entails spearheading AD project initiatives and collaborations, guiding teams for efficient communication and goal attainment. The position also involves researching and integrating new technologies, offering expertise and assistance for application development, integration, and upkeep, overseeing junior team members in project-related activities, and fostering teamwork and engagement among stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • * Engage in application development, maintenance, and support.
    * Demonstrate proficiency in various technologies such as front end, REST / APIs-services/backend, JDBC, database, MQ/Messaging, and more.
    * Apply Object-Oriented Analysis & Design principles.
    * Ensure security compliance in all activities.
    * Lead scrum teams, serving as the Scrum Master for application development teams, overseeing sprint planning, resource management, and progress monitoring.
    * Demonstrate skills in planning, organizing, decision-making, problem-solving, initiative, judgment, and effective collaboration with clients and management.
    * Collaborate with project team members, support groups, vendors, upper management, and other stakeholders.
    * Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    * Exhibit strong research skills and communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or its international equivalent.
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
