Job Title:
CNC Turning Machine Operator (Siemens Controllers)


We are seeking an experienced CNC Turning Machine Operator with expertise in Siemens controllers and CNC programming to join our team.

As a CNC Turning Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC turning machines, including loading and unloading workpieces, selecting and installing tooling, and setting machine parameters.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
  • Write and modify CNC programs using Siemens controllers to achieve desired machining outcomes.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure that components are produced to precise tolerances and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged tooling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or programming errors, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and quality inspectors, to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to specifications.
  • Document machine settings, tooling changes, and production data for recordkeeping purposes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience operating CNC turning machines, with a strong proficiency in Siemens controllers and CNC programming.
  • Solid understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Proficient in CNC programming using Siemens controllers.
  • Ability to interpret Gcode and make adjustments to optimize machining processes.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
  • Detailoriented with excellent math skills and ability to work with precise measurements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Knowledge of machining materials, cutting tools, and machining techniques.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training preferred.

From ₹15,000.00 per month
