  • Ensure optimal delivery of Telephony services with the right service levels
  • Establish and streamline processes/procedures

How you'll spend your day

  • Accountable for all Telephony systems
  • Responsible for the implementation, testing, and administration of Telephony systems platforms



Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Avaya Telephony: CM, SMGR, SBC
  • Proficiency in engineering and implementing various telephony modules and quality monitoring modules
  • In-depth knowledge of call flow logic and legacy contact center solutions migration
  • Proven track record in capturing and supporting end user requests and aligning business needs with IT capabilities
  • Familiarity with current Contact Center trends and metrics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
