Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in

Guwahati .

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training.

You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and providing excellent service to our customers.

ResponsibilitiesCalling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversationsGenerating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursueUpdate customers about new product launchesDeveloping and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints

QualificationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsProven track record in salesExperience in customer supportAbility to provide training to customersStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of drones and drone based services is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
