AGCO is hiring a Pricing Manager for APA Aftersales Parts

AGCO is actively seeking candidates for the role of Pricing Manager for APA Aftersales Parts.

Responsibilities:
  • Review, validate, and respond to customer pricing inquiries across APA markets
  • Recommend and implement price adjustments based on feedback and market analysis
  • Analyze competitive, cost, and product data to refine pricing strategies
  • Generate reports on pricing trends, cost changes, and optimization possibilities
  • Collaborate globally, navigating diverse cultures and markets
  • Independently make accurate decisions with confidence
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers in English-speaking markets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, or Finance (Minimum) / Master's degree in business (Preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • 8-10 years of pricing or related experience with autonomous decision-making
  • Experience addressing customer concerns in English-speaking markets
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like SQL, R, Spark, Python, Access, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with automobile parts/components

Preferred qualifications: Certifications in Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Visualization, and Business Intelligence; Experience with Salesforce and Syncron Pricing software
