AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Content Creator - Aftesales Training.


The Content Creator with focus on creation and delivery of Aftersales Training content to include eLearning and digital content creation.

This person will work directly for the Senior Manager, Aftersales Training Information and Content Development at the Digital Capability Center for Training content creation for the Aftersales Training organisation within Customer Support.

The main tasks will be to create Training content using various creation tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Articulate, Storyline and other relevant tools.

The candidate must also hands on Digital experience including advanced visualization for Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality type of content.

The role will primarily but not be limited to Technical Training content for all AGCO Products for Global delivery as part of the Aftersales Training stratergy.


Your ImpactDevelop and create Aftersales Training content for various delivery technics to include but not limited too, eLearning, virtual instructor led and instructor led material.

Following the Digital Learning strategy set by the Aftersales Training Information & Content Development team support with the creation of eLearning for the delivery of Technical information to all Global markets as part of the Global Curriculum.

Working with all Technical content developers within the team to support with various creation tools and templates in order to assist creation of all training materialSupport with all translation projects for all training contentWork with the Digital team on best practises for Digital learning pathways in order to find consistant delivery of content.

To work on when requested any future training projects that will enhance the delivery experience to our dealer partners and customersYour Experience and QualificationsFull-time Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in business, engineering, education or IT.

(Preferred but not mandatory)Overall 6+yrs of expereince.
Training Content development experience or qualificationsExperience or qualifications in the use of elearning/digital learning creation tools e.g. ArticulateExperience or previous knowledge of Learning Management systems e.g.

SAP Success factors orother Formal technical training certification or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 year's experience of hands on Digital experience including advanced visualizationfor Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality type of contentRelevant experience in Ag equipment, Auto component, Auto OEM, experience of working across different cultures.

Proficient in Microsoft systemsProblem Solving - Various authoring processes that vary by factory and system across the enterprise.
