Who You AreWe are looking for a highly committed, networked, organized, and communicative person with strong business development experience in the mobile advertising industry, to occupy the Senior Business Development Manager role.

This person will be responsible and accountable for sourcing and onboarding new DSPs and Demand buyers with a performance focus on Verve's ad exchange.

What You Will DoIdentify, qualify, pitch, and close new business with buyers (DSP, Demand buyers with performance focus) in line with our core strengths & capabilities

Work with the leadership team to define, achieve, and exceed revenue and new business goals

Develop an in-app sales strategy that drives accelerated business growth

Continuously prospecting for new business using your existing network of relationships and creating new relationships (we need to see your network during the interview process)

Work closely with the Marketing organization to shape the go-to-market (GTM) narrative and be an expert at articulating the story internally and externally

Manage an entire sales cycle from inception to closure to up-sell including prospecting, discovery, evaluation, proposal, justification, close, and onboarding with Sales Engineering & Account Management

Collaborate with other team members in Account Management, Product Management, Sales Engineering, and Marketing, and beyond and exceed customer expectations

Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in in-app programmatic buying trends across the ad tech and digital ecosystem

Participate in industry events and assist in developing Verve's market presence

What You Will Bring5+ years of experience in closing new business in adtech

Customer-centric and consultative sales professional with experience selling mobile solutions to DSPs, and programmatic buyers in the Indian and APAC market

Existing relationships with mobile media companies

Self-motivated, and -relient,, high-performing person, with the ability to learn and become productive extremely fast

Team player mentality with collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills

Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written

Relationship-building skills that can develop credibility with executives and demonstrable business acumen

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Full business proficiency in English
