As part of the NTT Cloud Services Division, this role, under the PMO's guidance, oversees multiple projects, managing the entire project life cycle from initiation to closure.

Objectives
  • Manage all aspects of project lifecycles efficiently, from initiation to closure, for multiple large projects.
  • Act as a role model and mentor on project management standards, strategy, and quality.

Responsibilities

Tasks may include building project teams, assigning responsibilities, identifying resources, and developing schedules to ensure timely project completion. External customer communication regarding projects is also necessary.

  • Create and maintain project schedules for each project.
  • Monitor and track project performance, evaluating progress and conducting team meetings.
  • Manage project economics, risks, and issues that may affect project success.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coordinate activities with other departments for successful project implementation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Report project status and escalate key issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure projects align with key objectives and established methodologies.
  • Develop and execute project plans, adhering to PMO Best Practices.
  • Manage project scope and ensure project stays on track.
  • Implement corrective actions to address project challenges.
  • Collect and report project statuses consistently.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of formal Project Management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of PM experience with Infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in the IT industry managing multiple projects globally.
  • Change control expertise.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Project Management experience.
  • PMP Certification.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Project Management tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technology proficiency in various areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
  • Collaborative teamwork skills.
Plus Skills
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Background in Professional Services, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience with compliance and audit requirements.
Working Conditions
  • General office environment with occasional remote work.
  • Limited travel required.
  • Flexibility needed for off-hours coordination across global teams.
