Job SummaryManaging Quality Processes and review of Project Quality DocumentationIn This Role,

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Gate Keeper for all quality Processes for the Project.100 % compliance to Quality assurance from Vendor side (us) as defined by Customer.

Ensure Project Team has Project Quality Plan in line with Customer RequirementsDefine Quality Management KPI and tracking them with Project ManagerDefine Internal Project Quality ChecklistManaging Quality Processes and review of Project Quality DocumentationConduct Project Internal Audit for compliances with respect to Project Quality Checklist at specified interval.

Participate in defining Control and Monitoring of Vendor scope of Project work & conduct Process Audit with VendorsAssisting in failure prevention and NRC closure and other quality issues as they ariseConduct induction training to Project team members related to Project Quality DocumentationManaging assigned quality resource on the projectOversite on quality supplier selection and ongoing surveillance\monitoring activity for the projectEffective planning and management of day-to-day tasks across the team - (pro-active & re-active) - Auditing, Inspections, Lessons learned, managing Continuous improvements activity and CAPA during the project lifecycleIdentification of qualification shortcomings and training of project employees with regard to quality: (a) knowledge of method to be applied (.

risk analysis, FMEA, review techniques, cause-effect analysis, 8-D-method, , (b) process awareness (role, content, benefits for subsequent process stages and specialist knowledge (.

IT) by initiating of corresponding measures (. training courses).Quality Control & AssuranceImplementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as & when required throughout the project.
Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer's regulatory guidelinesPractices and promotes First time right approach.
Strictly follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices).Other DutiesPerform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business.

These will, typically, be strategic in nature but could potentially be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake.

These duties may be assigned to the person under guidance of a supervisor.
