The Internal Communications Associate Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ASPL's Technology, Operations and Corporate functions communications & engagement strategy.


Working with the Head of Corporate Communications for India the role oversees the planning, development, and execution of ongoing internal communications and employer brand initiatives, creative communications & campaigns, reporting and measurement.


Responsibilities:

  • Translate the company strategy into a communication strategy that connects to the hearts and minds of ASPL employees
  • Drive a culture of engagement and change behavior using the voice of employees and own expertise that supports company strategic initiatives and alignment behind the company shared vision, ethics and strategic priorities
  • Contribute to content effectiveness goals through writing, editing, creativity and effective use of communication channels including web, mobile, social, and digital communication channels
  • Proven expertise for development, implementation and measurement of complex change management communication programs, including design, development and analysis of research materials and employee opinion inputs that inform communications planning
  • Acting as a Communications Consultant to Area, Divisional and Corporate Function leaders, provide work direction and business context for connecting employees across respective areas with company goals and strategies
  • Serve as a gate keeper for Corporate Brand and Reputation while influencing team members to adopt communication guidelines, protocols and processes
  • Building, leading, and coaching a highperforming team
  • Experience with corporate communications, including editorial planning, calendar, creative and multimedia management
  • Ability to understand and translate strategies and priorities into engaging communications
  • Experience developing and executing internal communication strategies which create an understanding of the company strategy and priorities, giving context around issues and initiatives, building employee engagement and helping people to understand their role and how it contributes to the success of Allstate, ultimately inspiring desired mindset shifts and behavior changes
  • Extensive experience working on communication campaigns across an enterprise, best practices; optimizing the delivery of content and use of resources
  • Knowledge of the Indian GCC industry, with special emphasis on insurance or financial services domain organizations
  • Demonstrates indepth understanding of target audience, highly effective writing style and expertise in highimpact messaging to a wider more strategic audience

  • Experience working with globally diverse workforce
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Master's Degree in Digital Marketing or similar field will be an advantage
