You are an ambitious professional with a bachelors degree (technical) and have 5 to 8 years of working experience in software industry

  • You have understanding and handson experience of at least one Agile framework and the related methods in software development
  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about product and software development
  • You understand agile mindset and why it is applicable to our work
  • You understand Agile & Lean Software Development principles and can transfer that to the organization
  • You are ready to learn the coaching mindset and practices
  • You are willing to adapt your approach and communication style to different contexts and audiences
  • Solid theoretical understanding of Programming, Software Development, Development Management, Product Management/Ownership, Software Testing.
