We are seeking a Test Suite Lead with experience in SAP HANA, SAP ECC, Selenium, and UiPath to join our team at As a Test Suite Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing robust implementation strategies, leading partner enablement efforts, and driving successful project deliveries.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive playbooks and demo kits tailored for UiPath Test Suite to support project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with QA Management of client organizations to devise and execute robust implementation strategies.
  • Lead partner enablement efforts, conduct competitive research, and create sales enablement/training materials focused on project delivery.
  • Define and drive proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots as needed during implementation phases.
  • Track and manage various project engagements, including trials, implementations, and product adoption, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide indepth analysis of service deliveries, including wins, losses, and customer feedback, to continuously improve project execution.
  • Formulate and drive customer success plans to facilitate the adoption and expansion of the UiPath Test Suite within project deliveries.
  • Prioritize key customer engagements to drive successful implementations, identify optimal use cases, and establish references for future projects.
  • Assist in responding to large RFIs and RFPs related to project delivery and implementation services.
  • Actively seek opportunities to contribute to professional communities, foster relationships with influencers, and promote awareness of UiPath Test Suite within the context of project delivery.
  • Participate in relevant industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best practices for project delivery within test automation.

Requirements :

  • Postgraduate/graduate in computer science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry in enterprise software consulting or business development, preferably with a background in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge and 5+ years of handson experience with UiPath.
  • Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar) products and solutions.
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other SAP LOB Solutions, as well as SAP integration technologies.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath Business Automation Platform and its integration with SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products, as well as Salesforce integration technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of agile software development and continuous testing, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in specific test automation scripting languages and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) would be a plus.
  • Understanding of enterprisewide testing strategies, methodologies, and value drivers.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty.
  • Skilled at building longterm relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
