Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage buy- and sell-side deal diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality

  • Engage directly with clients to present and discuss the results of diligence efforts, providing
strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project activities, allocate resources effectively,
and drive project success.

  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client
relationships, and participating in proposal development.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging best practices related
to transaction diligence.

professional development opportunities.

  • Uphold the firm's standards of excellence, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions and
deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transaction diligence, with a focus on buy- and sell-side deals.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, with a strong attention to detail and adherence
to deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
and internal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor and develop junior team
members.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a keen understanding of client needs and
market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment, prioritizing tasks
and managing time effectively.

  • Big 4 experience in audit or diligence is preferred
