About The Job

Position Title: Sr. Executive, Employee Engagement & Training
Department: Human Resource
Job Scope: Global
Location: Delhi/Noida, India
Reporting to: Senior Director HR
Work Setting: Onsite

Purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive of Engagement & Training plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to boost employee engagement and implement comprehensive training programs. This position is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and ensuring continuous professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement:

  • Create and manage initiatives to boost employee morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Develop programs and events that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct employee surveys and focus groups for feedback and improvement areas.
  • Ensure timely event launches and efficient inventory management.

Training and Development:

  • Identify organizational training needs through surveys, employee interviews, and manager consultations.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and oversee training budgets.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness and make enhancements as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data on employee engagement and training outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the impact of engagement and training initiatives.
  • Utilize data to spot trends, measure success, and guide data-driven decisions.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all training and engagement activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and training.
Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in human resources, training, or employee engagement, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong grasp of employee engagement strategies and training methods.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and collaboration abilities.
Working Conditions
  • The position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel for training events, conferences, or fieldwork for festivity arrangements and inventory management.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate different time zones or special events.
