The Senior Executive of Engagement & Training plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to boost employee engagement and implement comprehensive training programs. This position is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and ensuring continuous professional growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement:
- Create and manage initiatives to boost employee morale, retention, and productivity.
- Develop programs and events that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups for feedback and improvement areas.
- Ensure timely event launches and efficient inventory management.
Training and Development:
- Identify organizational training needs through surveys, employee interviews, and manager consultations.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with external training providers and oversee training budgets.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and make enhancements as needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data on employee engagement and training outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the impact of engagement and training initiatives.
- Utilize data to spot trends, measure success, and guide data-driven decisions.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all training and engagement activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and training.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years in human resources, training, or employee engagement, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong grasp of employee engagement strategies and training methods.
- Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and collaboration abilities.
- The position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel for training events, conferences, or fieldwork for festivity arrangements and inventory management.
- Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate different time zones or special events.
