Job Purpose

The Sr Finance Analyst will join Quorum's finance team in delivering critical insights and performing key reporting functions. The role offers significant opportunity for growth and expansion of responsibilities for the right candidate.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare Flash and vendor reports including loading data in the reporting system (Adaptive) from NetSuite (ERP)
  • Liaise across departments (Accounting, HR, etc) ensuring results in the reporting systems are accurately captured from the source systems and aligned with business activities
  • Coordinate with other members of the finance team and other departments for ensuring timely production of the monthly board pack
  • Administer the reporting system (Adaptive)
  • Analyze and interpret financial and operational results
  • Perform variance analysis comparing actual vs budget/forecast for assigned areas
  • Build and maintain analytic tools to track performance/trends
  • Contribute to enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

  • BA/BS (or similar) degree in Accounting/Finance, advance degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) experience
  • Significant experience with reporting systems. Adaptive Insights a huge plus
  • Significant experience with ERP. NetSuite experience a plus
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Software industry experience a plus
  • Experience working with global teams and different time zones
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
