What You Will Do

The role involves:

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing insightful, forward-looking financial analysis to BUF and Business Leadership Team to enhance decision-making.
  • Closely monitoring SG&A and FCF actuals vs. plans, conducting root cause analysis, and optimizing investments.
  • Collaborating with the country team for in-depth Kenvue vs. external data analysis and assessing impact of decisions.
  • Conducting various analyses on country performance vs. plan and previous year, among other necessary assessments.
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
  • Supporting Integrated Business Planning activities and market BUF Team in various planning aspects.
  • Aiding in segment forecasting activities, base forecast preparations, and financial plans updating.
  • Collaborating with other finance functions for monthly and quarterly closing activities and global/regional projects.
Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy
  • Advanced MS skills, familiarity with One Stream and SAP
  • Previous experience in FP&A analytics
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Proactive with strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
