  • TeamLeadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve salestargets and deliver exceptional results. Provide guidance trainingand support to team members to enhance their performance andproductivity.
  • SalesForecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts andreports on a regular basis. Monitor sales performance analyze salesdata and identify areas for improvement. Provide timely updates tosenior management regarding sales achievements challenges andfutureprospects.
  • Negotiationand Contract Management: Negotiate pricing terms and contracts withclients to ensure profitable business deals. Review and finalizecontracts agreements and other legal documents related to salestransactions.
  • CustomerSatisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction bydelivering quality products excellent service and timely support.Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a prompt andprofessionalmanner.
  • Complianceand Ethics: Adhere to company policies ethical standards andregulatory requirements in all sales activities. Ensure compliancewith relevant laws regulations and industrystandards.
  • Stayuptodate with new products/services and new pricing/paymentplans
  • Coordinatewith dispatch team & arrange complete transport fordispatch
