Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Fashion Consultant with a customer-centric approach to join our team at Rent An Attire. The perfect candidate will display a genuine love for fashion, outstanding sales capabilities, and the knack for fostering long-term customer relationships. As a Fashion Consultant, your role will involve delivering personalized style recommendations, boosting sales, and ensuring an unforgettable customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations to clients.
  • Assist clients in choosing outfits that complement their individual style, body shape, and the specific occasion.
  • Enhance sales by showcasing our rental services and suggesting accessory upgrades.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives and performance benchmarks.
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends to offer clients the most up-to-date styles.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client connections to drive repeat business.
  • Follow up with clients after rentals to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and preferences to deliver a personalized service.
  • Monitor rental transactions, returns, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team for garment maintenance or cleaning requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous background in fashion consulting, retail sales, or a similar position.

Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of fashion trends, designers, and brands.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated sales expertise and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative mindset and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in utilizing point-of-sale systems and fashion-related software.
