Job Summary:

Rent An Attire is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for providing personalized styling advice, driving sales, and ensuring a memorable client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized fashion advice and styling tips to clients.

- Assist clients in selecting outfits that suit their style, body type, and the occasion.

- Drive sales by promoting our rental services and upselling accessories.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Stay updated on current fashion trends to recommend the latest styles to clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

- Follow up with clients post-rental to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate client records and preferences to provide a personalized experience.

- Keep track of rentals, returns, and stock levels.

- Coordinate with the inventory team for any garment repairs or cleaning needs.


Qualifications:


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

- Experience: Previous experience in fashion consulting, retail sales, or a similar role.


- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and brands.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven sales abilities and experience meeting sales targets.

- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Creativity and an eye for detail.

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and fashion-related software.
