Position Summary

:


The ideal candidate will lead the development of our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline to achieve market share expansion goals. Collaborating with both external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams is crucial for success.



Experience in:

Direct sales/ B2B Sales/ Merchant Acquisition / Retail Sales (NO Stores experience) Telecom Sales/ Digital Payment. Field sales & Team handling experience is essential. Preference will be given to those with experience in digital payments & telecom sales.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a strategy to acquire merchants and retailers from various segments.
- Source, generate, and close new acquisition leads.
- Manage a direct sales team and coach a freelance + field sales team.
- Mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies for market penetration and visibility.
- Travel across the city to develop markets.
- Achieve sales targets for the region.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous industry experience is a must.

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
