Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all projects related.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Coordinate with labor supervisors to ensure adequate staffing and resources for project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
