Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all projects related.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Coordinate with labor supervisors to ensure adequate staffing and resources for project execution.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
