Roles and Responsibility:

  • Provide techno functional support to SuccessFactors platform
  • Collaborate with different modules of SF platform on the technical tracks, and prioritize business and information needs
  • Responsible for managing day to day processes, and timely deliver the tasks assigned to NN System Management team
  • Provide technical expertise in resolving issues
  • Showcase the project management and service management skills in different degrees as per the need
  • Execution/follow up of monthly/quarterly/annual SarbOx controls
  • Documentation of the execution of the SarbOx controls
  • Keeping the controls uptodate with the support from SarbOx compliance team
  • Support the system manager with the compliance needs/ SarbOx audit
  • Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours
  • Share Industry best practices on implementation of Compensation Global template
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users
  • Excellent communication skills written and orally in English
  • Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure
