What you'll need to bring :
Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in Backend Development: Hands-on experience of over 3 years in NodeJS, showcasing the ability to design, develop, and maintain intricate backend systems and APIs.
  • Database Management: Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling, along with familiarity with NoSQL databases like Redis for caching and data storage.
  • Cloud Computing Platforms: Skill in deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure on platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Web Servers and Proxies: Knowledge of configuring and optimizing web servers like NGINX for load balancing, reverse proxying, and caching for improved performance and security.
  • Asynchronous Programming and Messaging: Experience in asynchronous programming techniques and message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka for handling background tasks and event-driven processing.
  • Security Best Practices: Understanding of security principles, encryption, access controls, authentication, and authorization.
  • Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for code management, collaboration, and deployment.
  • DevOps and Automation Tools: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automating deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues efficiently.
