Notre client est un groupe informatique spécialisé dans les domaines stratégiques : Infrastructure IT, Virtualisation, Information Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Data& Analytics, Printing Solutions et E-Commerce.
Le client n'accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...)
Mission
Votre mission
- Prospection et acquisition de nouveaux clients pour notre « BU Skills Management » spécialisée dans la délégation de personnel en IT (Missions, projets de rollout, etc) en Suisse romande
- Soutien aux Key Account Managers dans le développement de l'offre « Skills Management » auprès de leurs clients
- Implication dans le processus de recrutement et les relations candidats
- Rédaction de réponses aux appels d'offre
- Contribution à la stratégie d'acquisition (présentations, marketing, ...) et au développement de l'offre de la BU Skills Management
- Compréhension des offres des autres Business Units afin de collaborer avec elles
Déplacements professionnels
- Des déplacements sont à prévoir pour ce poste :
- Des déplacements dans toute la Suisse Romande sont à prévoir (hors Genève)
- Vaud, Valais, Jura, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, etc.
Profil
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans des fonctions commerciales dans le placement de collaborateurs IT en Suisse romande (au moins 5 ans d'expérience en : cabinet de placement, société de services, cabinet de conseil) avec un réseau déjà établi.
- Excellentes capacités d'écoute, de compréhension d'un besoin, très bonnes capacités relationnelles
- Faculté d'adaptation, pugnacité
- Français courant et bonne maîtrise de l'Anglais
- Permis de conduire indispensable
Compétences minimum attendues :
