Affiliate Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for partnering with Instagram and YouTube affiliates within the jewellerymaking and craft industry.
• Identify and engage potential influencers and content creators whose audience aligns with our target market.
• Foster strong relationships with influencers, negotiate collaborations, and manage contracts effectively.
• Create compelling and impactful campaigns to showcase our products through affiliate marketing.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns, optimizing them for maximum return on investment.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging influencers to leverage new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate affiliate campaigns with other marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• MBA degree with a specialization in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with influencers and team members.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly influencer marketing, on Instagram and YouTube platforms.
• Familiarity with trends, algorithms, and audience demographics on Instagram and YouTube.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with influencers.
• Analytical mindset to track, evaluate, and optimize affiliate campaigns for optimal results.
• Creative thinking to develop innovative strategies and campaigns.

Residency in Agra city or willingness to relocate is preferred.
