Affiliate Marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive strategy for partnering with Instagram and YouTube affiliates within the jewellery-making and craft industry.
- Identify and engage potential influencers and content creators whose audience aligns with our target market.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, negotiate collaborations, and manage contracts effectively.
- Create compelling and impactful campaigns to showcase our products through affiliate marketing.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns, optimizing them for maximum return on investment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencers to leverage new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate affiliate campaigns with other marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- MBA degree with a specialization in marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with influencers and team members.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly influencer marketing, on Instagram and YouTube platforms.
- Familiarity with trends, algorithms, and audience demographics on Instagram and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Analytical mindset to track, evaluate, and optimize affiliate campaigns for optimal results.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative strategies and campaigns.

Residency in Agra city or willingness to relocate is preferred.
