Roles & Responsibilities

  • Everyday deployment check of security manpower.
  • Proper day to day attendance accounting of security guards
  • Maintain Discipline of security guards
  • Maintaining record of vehicle movements
  • Manintaing record of man movement at plant and township.
  • Ensure regular inspection of guard posts.
  • Ensure no encroachment by out siders
  • Proper attendance accounting of security guards during shift.
  • Maintain Discipline of security guards
at shift

  • Ensure maintenance and upkeeping hygiene of security barracks
  • Keep constant vigil on workforce activities.
  • Ensuring procedures like Night Vigilance Duty (NVD), CCTV, MIS, etc.
  • Coordinate with IR Team at plant and township during exigencies.

Qualification
Any Graduate

Experience

Preferable:
- Ex-Serviceman

08 to 12 Years of relevant experience

Qualifications:

Army Graduate,Graduate

Minimum Experience Level:

8-12 Years
