JOB description

  • As a Executive Chef you will ensure your team is trained and updated with the new recipes and the team content with your leadership and management skills.
  • You will be responsible for Menu planning, Menu designing and costing of the products whenever required. Ensure all parameters, SOPS and recipes provided by the Airlines are in place and are followed by your Kitchen and bakery Team.
  • Maintain a hygienic unit and high standards of personal hygiene and ensure proper Kitchen Staff hygiene, uniform and behavior.
  • You should be well versed in all the cuisines
  • Experience of more than 5 years as ahead chef or executive chef

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
From ₹45,000.00 per month
