About the internship:

Are you passionate about connecting with people and helping them find their dream job? Elegance Enterprises is seeking a dynamic Recruitment intern to join our team

As a Recruitment intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Your role will be crucial in attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels

2. Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers

3. Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels

4. Conduct reference checks and verify employment history

5. Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires

6. Maintain recruitment database and generate reports on recruitment metrics

7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies
