We are currently in the lookout for a skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of Analyst Intern.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Coordination and supervision of Sales & Service support processes for the Wholesale distribution channel within Asset Management
  • Overseeing the creation and dissemination of client reports and investment review meeting materials to assist the wholesale sales & client service team
  • Managing the establishment and upkeep of Client records in CRM and supporting customized client servicing requests and business acceptance processes
  • Supervising the setup of Transfer Agent (TA) account and addressing all fund queries
  • Aiding the onshore team in finalizing legal arrangements, Distribution Agreements / Rebates. Additionally, actively contributing to establishing new processes and proposing enhancements to current ones.
  • Enhancing the efficiency of the Client Service team
  • Actively participating in the sales process, growth strategy, and client contact strategy
  • Establishing solid relationships with Front office, Product, and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Post Graduation / MBA / or equivalent qualification from a renowned institute
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English is essential
  • Preferably hold certifications in the Capital Markets Industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial products and their significance in the Asset and wealth management sector
  • Prior experience in Client Relationship Management, client reporting, sales & service support operations for Independent Financial Advisors, Distributors, Platforms, and Institutional clients
  • Experience in supporting Wholesale Sales team and managing CRM tools for maintaining client relationship data
  • Knowledge in handling Wholesale/Institutional client service requests – both regular and ad-hoc (Reports, Materials, etc.)
  • Proficient in financial markets, macro-economic environment, theory, tools, and strategies
  • Ability to be persuasive, practical in approach
  • Capacity to distill complex and diverse data into meaningful information, possessing excellent process analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written, verbal & presentation (including advanced PowerPoint) communication skills
  • Stakeholder management is a critical attribute, displaying adeptness in teamwork is imperative
