Job Description
we are seeking a proficient HR Executive to join our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be a female fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, with knowledge of recruitment basics, tech-savvy, and excellent in English. She should be able to maintain our database in ATS, track job applications, interact with job applicants, and suggest suitable jobs for them. Should be good on Canva and social media.
Job Location - Madurai

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of our hiring processes.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a consultancy or staffing agency environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Requirements
