Job Description
Role: A&P and Cash Controller
Employment Type: Temporary/contract based (7 months)
Location: Dubai
Qualifications: 2-4 years of relevant finance experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain cash forecasting models to manage cash flow and liquidity needs effectively.
- Coordinate and lead cash committee meetings with various stakeholders to discuss cash management strategies and initiatives.
- Analyse cash flow statements to provide insights into cash position and liquidity.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on cash management topics for regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to optimize cash management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cash management policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on cash management activities and present findings to management.
- Monitor Monthly cash balances and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to cash management.
- Maintain a monthly dashboard of all Performance KPIs & activations/communication.
- Data Analytics and Track brand performance A&P spends planning – media spends efficiency & 360' marketing campaign impact on brand metrics
- Month End closing, Forecasting and Reporting for Advertising and Promotion cost across the Specialized Nutrition and the Essential Dairy categories
- Business partner with marketing heads and senior managers to get a strong understanding of where money is invested, key launches by month, and support them understanding budgets and financial commitments
- Analyze and share insights on efficiency of spend, working vs non-working media, fix vs variable elements with the aim of maximizing ROI in conjunction with PRGM team
- Support on Ad-hoc initiatives, business cases, supplier negotiations and other commercial initiatives
- Support on Internal controls and maintain a strong focus on compliance
About you
- BCOM/MCOM/CA/CMA/MBA(Finance) with 2-4 years Finance experience
- Experience in cash management or business controlling and commercial finance
- Comfortable providing insights into Marketing spend by Brand, by Nature and Product Margin Contribution benchmarking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and cash flow forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with cash reporting systems and financial software preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
