Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Representative with a background in nutrition to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our B2B growth by engaging with gyms, nutritionists, doctors, and other health-focused businesses to establish and nurture partnerships. As a Business Development Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and develop strategies to promote our health-focused meal subscription services within the health and wellness community.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential B2B partners, including gyms, nutritionists, doctors, and other health-related businesses. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive mutual growth.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B2B opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for business strategy and product improvement.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to reach out to potential partners. Create tailored presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our meal subscription services for their clients and patients.

Consultative Sales: Conduct needs assessments with potential partners to understand their business goals and how our meal subscription plans can enhance their service offerings. Offer customized solutions that align with their objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align B2B strategies with overall business goals. Provide feedback on partner needs and market demands to inform product improvements and marketing campaigns.

Sales Conversion: Drive sales by effectively closing partnership deals. Use persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and provide a seamless partnership onboarding experience.

Customer Education: Educate partners on the nutritional value of our meal plans, the importance of portion control, meal preparation, and how these factors contribute to their clients' and patients' health goals.

Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of partnership interactions, business development activities, and sales progress. Monitor and track performance against targets to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development or B2B sales, ideally in a health or nutrition-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition and its impact on health.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Salary:

  • Fixed Salary: 25,000 INR - 35,000 INR Per Month
