Job Purpose & Key Challenges:

Purpose: To enhance trading of Petroleum and petrochemical business in Dubai.

  • Marketing of Toluene, Hexane, Naphta, Baseoil, Acetic acid, C9, LAB, methanol, N Paraffin, etc.
  • Diversify the customer & supplier base. Identify new sources and buyers.
  • Develop new products & geographies.
  • Monitor and adhere with credit limits, SOPs.
  • Liasioning with Government departments.
  • Review sales and collections.
  • Co-ordinate with Logistic and trade support teams.
  • Schedule and participate in monthly reviews.

Key Challenges:

  • Acquisition of new customers in a highly competitive industry.
  • Effective management of product position.
  • Work beyond office timings.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 8-15 years of Experience in dealing in imported solvents and chemicals.
  • MBA in Marketing/ International Trade
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret market intelligence data.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with external agencies.
  • Frequent travel involved.
