Support for key meetings or events:

Operations:

  • Managing distribution lists and Slack channels
  • Providing operational support with new products or services in development
  • Reporting
    • Creating reports for internal senior leadership team meetings, working with inputs from across HR, Finance and Tech teams

Content creation:

  • Creating visual client one pagers and pitch documents
  • Coordinating materials for key meetings and all-hands sessions
  • Developing training content
  • Drafting communications
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience on an operations focussed role
  • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Able to multitask and prioritise different projects at one time
  • Good communication skills, including strong written and verbal English skills
  • A flexible and adaptable personality combined with a resourceful and positive attitude is essential
  • Experience of creating visual presentations and assets
  • Experience in a fast paced working environment with sense of urgency and responsiveness
