Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team and drive the growth of our Southern India market Field sales.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for Southern markets.
Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Southern India markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets for his territories.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field4/5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in Nutraceuticals is a Must.

Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differencesProven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in international marketsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCandidates from Nutraceutical industry should only apply.

Salary component would be minimum base salary & maximum of variable component depending on sales.
