As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maximizing customer retention.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and followups.
  • Understanding clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized assistance and support.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Managing client databases and keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Conducting client satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling products and services to existing clients.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyzing CRM data to generate insights and recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • A proactive and customercentric approach to work.

Pay:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
