Job Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced API Architect to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT with extensive experience as a Solution Architect.

The candidate should have expertise in event-driven and API-led architecture, along with a solid understanding of various Azure technologies.

Experience with Kafka, AKS, and designing and developing web API applications is essential.

Exposure to order management functionality is preferable.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and architect solutions using eventdriven architecture (EDA) and APIled architecture.
  • Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and overall project management.
  • Implement and manage Kafka for realtime data streaming and processing.
  • Utilize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for containerized application deployment and management.
  • Design and develop web API applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the architecture and development processes.
  • Document architectural decisions, solutions, and implementation plans.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.
  • Proven experience in eventdriven architecture (EDA) and APIled architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.
  • Handson experience with Kafka for realtime data streaming.
  • Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container management.
  • Strong background in designing and developing web API applications.
  • Exposure to order management functionality is a plus.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
