• Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled up to a 27% income uplift for 5000+ entrepreneurs.

The goal for Udhyam is to build a thriving and supportive ecosystem, where every individual feels empowered to define their own path.

The marketing and communications team is a small and high impact team. We are zealous about customer centricity and our passion to make a difference is matched with our empathy. On the days we are in office (we are a hybrid working organisation with a minimum of two days in office currently) it's a rocking party with everyone else joining the laughter and the fun. The Role :

  • Work with business leads to create and implement the marketing strategy for Udhyam Learning Foundation and its Business Units.
  • Conceptualize marketing and branding initiatives both for the organisational brand (Udhyam Learning Foundation) and BU level brands (Udhyam Shiksha and Udhyam Vyapaar).
  • Work with BUs to enable them to succeed by creating brand awareness, inbound lead generation, ground visibility, stakeholder outreach.
  • Be customer and goal focused in approach while designing any interventions, be it with other stakeholders, or the end users of our various interventions.
  • Plan and execute campaigns on owned, earned, paid and shared media such as events, PR, email, CRM, social media, website, other digital assets, offline media, BTL collaterals, etc.
  • Work towards agreed upon marketing and branding goals and create budgets to manage all the above.
  • Work with the various marketing agencies to define and ensure that the deliverables are met.
  • Ensure integration of marketing and brand values into the company's appropriate operational and support systems.
  • Track, monitor, measure & report marketing activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 2 - 5 years of marketing experience
  • Creative thinker, with the ability to write good briefs and come up with good marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing branding, communication (including design/content) and marketing activities at scale
  • Have a strong grasp of storytelling, conceptualising and communicating information/content in an interactive way.
  • Familiarity with design tools.
  • Operational knowhow and ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel
  • Experience managing multiple agency partners across different marketing domains
  • Detail orientation & analytical skills
  • Can exhibit high ownership as well as collaboration, when working within a team.
  • Open to exploration/experimentation of ideas and representations that will align with the team's needs and requirements.
