We are currently in search of a seasoned professional to join us as the Remuneration and Regulatory Governance GSC Lead.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CG&S Global Remuneration and Regulatory Accountabilities team in India/Hyderabad, ensuring timely delivery of services within the GRGRA service catalogue.
  • Efficiently coordinating, planning, and monitoring workflow activities to meet deliverables promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Implementing and managing service delivery processes to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities, enhance productivity, and elevate service quality outcomes.
  • Facilitating coordination among relevant functions to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
  • Promoting teamwork, efficient collaboration, and adherence to HSBC's risk management framework.
  • Providing accurate management information for all services within the CG&S GRGRA service catalogue.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Extensive experience in operational and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in risk management and decision-making related to risk assessment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing expectations effectively.
  • Strong time management skills, multitasking abilities, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, tact, and diplomacy skills.
  • Capability to work efficiently under pressure, handle tight timelines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
