Responsibilities:

  • Deliver highquality training sessions on FinTech to students with different levels of knowledge and experience.
  • Assess students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to meet students' needs and achieve learning objectives.
  • Ensure a positive and productive learning environment by creating a rapport with students and promoting active participation and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • At least 3 years of experience in FinTech, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in FinTech.
  • Passion for teaching and learning.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different training environments and student backgrounds.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
